STEP 1/10
Press down on the kitchen towel to drain the blood.
STEP 2/10
Apply olive oil to the front and back.
STEP 3/10
Add steak seasoning powder evenly to the front and back.
If you don't have steak seasoning powder, you can season it with salt and pepper.
STEP 4/10
There are people who cook marinade for more than 30 minutes, but I had to cook quickly on this day, so I made marinade for 10 minutes.
STEP 5/10
In the meantime, trim the garnish vegetables. I eat a lot of vegetables, so I prepared a lot. Garnish vegetables are not much. You can add whatever vegetables you want!
STEP 6/10
Place marinated tomahawks in preheated pan.
I put olive oil on the pan, preheated it for 2 minutes at induction P6 strength, and then baked it back and forth at P4 to P2 strength. If it's burning too much, lower it to P2, and if it's weakened again, raise it to P4, and bake it at medium heat strength.
STEP 7/10
When roasting, add flavor by placing a piece of butter on the meat. I cooked it 8 times, 1 minute for each side. Number 4 in the front and number 4 in the back. After baking 8 times for 1 minute, it was baked into a medium that everyone in my family likes. If you put enough oil on the bones and cook it, the meat on the bones will be cooked well!
STEP 8/10
Wrap the cooked meat in foil and rest it. I left it for about 3 minutes.
STEP 9/10
Plating Tomahawk steak, garnish ingredients, and sauce to dip the steak on a plate is done!
STEP 10/10
It'll be easier if I cut it into bite-sized pieces, right? It's a plausible tomahawk steak with guest invitations, birthday dishes, and main dishes for special days!
