Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Prepare the ingredients first and cut them accordingly. (Chicken into bite-sized pieces and the rest of the vegetables to your liking!)

Mix the spices in one place beforehand.
STEP 3/6
Place all prepared ingredients in a mixing bowl, pour in the sauce, and mix well. Then let it marinate for 20 minutes.

Pour into heated frying pan and add 100ml of water.
STEP 5/6
Lastly, cut the perilla leaves and stir-fry it one more time.

Stir-fry until the soup boils down, turn off the heat and enjoy it.
It's good even if you don't put me to sleep! And if you don't add water, you can eat the original Chuncheon Dakgalbi style.
