Prepare the ingredients first and cut them accordingly. (Chicken into bite-sized pieces and the rest of the vegetables to your liking!)

Mix the spices in one place beforehand.

Place all prepared ingredients in a mixing bowl, pour in the sauce, and mix well. Then let it marinate for 20 minutes.

Pour into heated frying pan and add 100ml of water.

Lastly, cut the perilla leaves and stir-fry it one more time.
