Please prepare the ingredients first.
If you want to add meat, it's better if you add pork belly or other meat.

Please trim the vegetables.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-size pieces. Cut zucchini into 2cm apart and cut in half into half-moon shapes. Chop the onions into appropriate sizes, too. Cut the green onions and cheongyang peppers diagonally.

Pour 4 cups of water into a pot and add a seafood stock pack to make broth.

When the broth is enough, take out the stock pack and boil it for about 10 minutes with potatoes, 2 tablespoons of red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and a little pepper.

When the potatoes are cooked, add the onions and zucchini and bring to a boil.
If you have meat, please add it together. Since I have tofu, I cut it in half.
Meat and tofu are added because they are at home, so you don't have to add them because they are optional ingredients.

Taste it and add a little salt if it's bland.
