STEP 1/7
If you fry cheese long enough, it becomes a cheese stick, and if you cut it into bite-sized pieces, it becomes a cheese ball.
STEP 2/7
Pour water into the frying powder and knead it thickly. A tablespoon of parsley powder is optional.
STEP 3/7
Mix 2 tablespoons of cooking oil or grape seed oil per cup of bread crumbs. (2 cups of bread crumbs + 4 tablespoons of grape seed oil)
STEP 4/7
Apply a lot of dough water and bread crumbs to prevent cheese from melting and flowing.
STEP 5/7
Fry it short and take it out, then fry it again for crispness.
STEP 6/7
Be careful not to burn when frying the second time. The breadcrumbs burn quickly and carefully strain the burnt breadcrumbs through the strainer.
STEP 7/7
You can just eat it, and it goes well with tartar sauce or ketchup.
Prepare the net in advance without water, or you can just do it. The short ones ripen quickly, so I fried the long ones twice. (Please refer to the video at the top.)~)
