Making sweet dried persimmon jam simple!
Dried persimmons that run away because they're scared of tigers! If the tiger had tasted it, it would have rushed in. I didn't eat it often, but I made dried persimmons that were left after the holidays more deliciously!^-^ It's easy and simple, so it'll be good to make it with your children or by yourself!
3 serving
Within 30 minutes
Ingredients
  • Dried persimmon
    300g
  • Sugar
    200~300g
  • whipped cream
    250g
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Please prepare all the ingredients!
STEP 2/11
The glass bottle for the jam
You have to sterilize it with hot water in advance and dry it! When making jam, it's hard to keep it for a long time when water goes in
STEP 3/11
First, remove the seeds from the dried persimmon and chop it like you're mincing it!
I like the jam where the pulp is chewed, so I cut it into small cubes and 1cm in diameter
STEP 4/11
Measure 250g of whipped cream in advance
STEP 5/11
Put sugar in a pot and put dried persimmons when it melts over low heat!
White sugar is sweeter than brown sugar, so adjust the sugar content to 200g to 300g depending on the type of sugar you use!
I didn't like sweet things, so I used 200g of white sugar
STEP 6/11
Stir well so that sugar and dried persimmons don't clump together
Boil over low heat so that sugar doesn't form
STEP 7/11
Add whipped cream and mix when sugar lumps are gone and mix with dried persimmons
STEP 8/11
stir over low heat
Turn off the heat and cool it down when the jam is at the right concentration in the spatula
(Since the jam gets thicker as it cools, lower the heat when it is less than you want~!)
STEP 9/11
Put the cooled warm jam in a hot glass bottle!
Dried persimmon jam is complete! ^-^
STEP 10/11
I couldn't hold it in and tried baking bread right away!
The sweet taste of dried persimmons softened with whipped cream was so luxurious and delicious!
STEP 11/11
I hope you have a great time and have a great time!
Enjoy your meal!^-^
White sugar is sweeter than brown sugar Adjust the amount of sugar according to the desired sugar content! I used 200g of white sugar It was sweet enough when it was done!
