Anchovies smell fishy, so take out the poop and prepare them.

While boiling the broth, make a noodle sauce with soy sauce 3T, red pepper powder 1/3T, sugar 1/2T, ground garlic 1/3T, sesame powder, and sesame oil.

When it boils, take out the kelp and boil the broth.
* Reduce the heat to medium and make it thick for about 30 minutes.

When it boils up, put 2 servings of noodles in boiling water

*If you don't have neat tuna fish sauce, it would be good to use sand lance sauce or soy sauce, which has less fishy smell than anchovy fish sauce.
STEP 11/11
Boiled noodles in hot broth 2-3 times
Complete it with a plume.
Use anchovies with national anchovies and medium anchovies if you are lazy to take out poop.
You can boil it deliciously using leftover vegetables in the refrigerator.
If you don't have tuna fish sauce, you can add soy sauce or sand lance extract rather than fishy anchovy fish sauce.
