STEP 1/7
Cut 1/3 green onions, 2 shiitake mushrooms,
Please prepare 1/2 of the mushrooms and 70g of enoki mushrooms.

Mix 1 tbsp starch and 4 tbsp water to make starch water.

Grease a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry green onions for 2 minutes.
STEP 4/7
Add the pork sirloin for japchae and stir-fry with a little salt.

Add shiitake mushrooms, saesongi mushrooms, 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon soy sauce,
Stir-fry 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce and a little bit of pepper.

When the mushrooms are cooked, pour 100ml of water and bring to a boil.
STEP 7/7
When it boils, add enoki mushrooms and stir-fry it
Add starch water and boil it over low heat to make it thick.
