Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Prepare three types of Gyeonggi mushrooms, Baekseon, Soonjeong, and Gonji 7 and tear them into small pieces
STEP 2/7
Rinse the shredded mushrooms in water and squeeze the water out
STEP 3/7
Peel the shrimp and prepare it. (If you don't mind, you can use frozen shrimp.)
STEP 4/7
Make sauce with 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon minced garlic
STEP 5/7
Place mushrooms in oven pan or air fryer pan and top with shrimp
Bake in the oven for 220 degrees and 30 minutes
STEP 6/7
It takes less time if you use the air fryer
It's 200 degrees for 15 minutes
STEP 7/7
Sprinkle thinly sliced perilla leaves on top. (If you don't have it, you can skip it.)
The air fryer is dry, so the color is pretty, but the shrimp is salty and hard, and the oven is soft in color and taste
