Making Sweet and Sour Cucumber Pickle Simple
I really like cucumbers, but I bought them not too long ago because they were cheap! You can put cucumbers in the salad and make cucumber kimchi. The cucumbers were getting softer and I ate all the pickles I made at home, so I made pickles.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
To make a cucumber pickle, cut the cucumber first.
Rub the cucumber surface with thick salt and wash it off with water. I peeled off the uneven parts with a potato peeler after I finished cleaning.

Slice cucumbers and radishes into bite-size pieces. Radish has a green part, so it's green like cucumbers.
I usually add the beat, but the dirt taste of the beat? I didn't like the feeling, so I added a bit of dried beat to give color.

Sugar: Vinegar: Water = 1:1:1.5
Just think about this ratio. This ratio is important!
I put it in, taste it, and add it to my taste. (I don't like sweet taste, so I tend to put less sugar.)
I think I put it in roughly 150:200:250.
First of all, I think it would be good to adjust the ratio to 1:1:1.5. When you're done, put it in a pot and boil it until the sugar melts. It tastes better if you season it with salt.
I added about 0.3 spoons of salt.
STEP 4/8
In the meantime, put the pre-cut ingredients in the sterilized glass bottle one by one. I put in cucumber and radish.
STEP 5/8
When the boiled pickle water is boiling and seasoned, turn off the gas stove and pour slowly into a glass bottle of cucumbers and radishes.
After pouring it all in, I put the dried beat on top so that the color of the beat can come out well. And don't close the lid right away, cool it down and close the lid.
After that, I cooled it down and put it in the refrigerator.
It's usually good after about three days!

It's a really easy-to-make cucumber pickle.
If you make it like this, it's really good if you eat it with chicken and pasta. Even if chicken radish comes with chicken, it tastes better with this cucumber pickle, so I only eat this.

It's delicious because both of them are crunchy with cucumber and radish.
It tastes even better after 3 days. It's sweet and sour, so I keep getting used to it. It would be nice to make a lot at once, but I don't have a lot of family, so I make this much and then make a new one after I finish eating.

I made the picture and took it right away, but the beat came out shortly, so it turns into a prettier color. Pickles are essential when eating greasy food! Try making it with cucumber pickle. I feel uneasy if I don't make pickles at home anymore! :)
