Chewy Santari Mushroom Pad Thai :D
Recently, we received quality meat oyster mushrooms as a recipe event for 10,000 people. Using fresh mushrooms, I made an easy and delicious pad thai.

Cooking Steps

Soak rice noodles in cold water.
