Please prepare the ingredients first.
One tablespoon of chopped green onion is about 8cm long.
If you don't have glutinous rice flour, you can use it as a substitute for flour or pancake flour.

Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.

When the water boils, add the bean sprouts and blanch for about 1 minute and 30 seconds.

In a bowl, add 1 egg, 5 tablespoons glutinous rice flour, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil, 1/2 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon chopped green onion, 1 tablespoon chopped garlic, 1/4 tablespoon salt, and a little pepper and mix well.

Add the minced pork, minced suksu, and minced onion and mix well.

Brush the dough in a circle and make a hole in the middle with a finger or chopstick.

Grease a pan with 4 tablespoons of cooking oil and place doughnuts on top and bake until golden brown so that they do not burn back and forth.

Cool the baked doughnuts, pour 1/2 cup water into a bowl, add 1 cup starch, and mix well to make fried dough.

Pour the oil into a pan or skillet until the doughnut is soaked and raise the oil temperature to about 170 degrees Celsius.

Reduce heat to medium low and soak meat donuts in starch water.

Fry donuts in starch water in oil.
The frying time probably won't take a minute.
Fry until it doesn't burn.
