Place butter in skillet, stirring over medium-low heat, until browned.

Strain the burnt butter directly through a sieve and cool it down to 50 to 60.

Separate the cookies and cream from the Oreos for dough and crush them into small pieces.

In a bowl, combine egg whites, sugar, honey, salt and vanilla extract until fluffy.

Sift the almond powder and soft flour and mix until no powder is visible.

Add the burnt butter twice and mix well.

When the tissue is finished, mix the dough once.

Fill 70 to 80 percent of the dough, and place on top of the cream cheese.

Cut the Oreos into quarters and place 2 per piece.

Preheat to 200 and bake at 190 for 15 minutes.
