How to cook spicy fish stew. early grooming.
Since it's autumn, a lot of fresh corvina came out, so I cooked spicy corvina stew.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
In a bowl, season with red pepper powder, sugar, ground garlic, soy sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, red pepper paste, ginger, and pepper.

Shred onion and peel radish and cut it into half-moon shapes. (0.5cm thick)

Slice the green onions and cheongyang peppers sideways.

The corvina cuts off all the fins and scratches the scales cleanly. (I don't take out the internal organs.)

Rinse the trimmed corvina in salt water.
*I washed the braised fish with salt water in case it breaks because it has to be cooked with raw fish without salt seasoning.

Put radish on the bottom of the pot and add yellow corvina, seasoning, onion,
Add 100mm of water (paper cup) and boil it.
I didn't make the broth separately, but I only boiled it with seasoning and water.

If the radish is cooked and boiled
Add green onion, cheongyang red pepper, and crown daisy to complete.
Salted corvina is not used for spicy fish stew, so buy fresh corvina with less fishy smell. Also, clean and boil it without taking out the intestines.
