Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Chop onion, shiitake mushroom, green onion and red pepper
STEP 2/6
Add beef, garlic, cooking wine, and pepper and stir-fry
STEP 3/6
When the meat is half cooked, add vegetables and red pepper powder, stir-fry, and add water
STEP 4/6
When the soup boils, season with salt and add soft tofu
STEP 5/6
When soft tofu boils, add green onions and egg whites
STEP 6/6
Add red pepper and egg yolk
