Smoked duck quesadilla
If you buy a pack of smoked duck sold at a general mart, you don't have a lot of family members, so you often leave it vague. Usually, 600g is a pack, but after I'm full, I always have a very small amount of about 100g left... Using the leftover smoked duck, I added seasonal cymbals and made quesadilla, and enjoyed it, so I made a great meal replacement snack.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
I cut the trimmed seomcho, and the chives were matched to the length of the seomcho, and the rest of the vegetables were shredded thinly.

The smoked duck was also about 9 to 10 points, but since it was divided into half according to the size of the bite, the amount looks quite large

Put a little oil on the pan and stir-fry sliced garlic, then add carrots and onions.

Add the smoked duck and stir-fry until smooth.

Add chives and cedar vinegar, stir-fry until you are out of breath, and season it with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle some pizza cheese on the tortilla.

Stir-fried duck and vegetables on top with vegetables

Sprinkle the pizza cheese on top of it again.

It was baked in a 180-degree oven for about 5 minutes until the pizza cheese melted slightly.

Cut the quesadilla out of the oven into 1/6 pieces when it is slightly hot.
