Remove water from rinsed chicken legs (with kitchen towel)

Season with salt, pepper and minced garlic

Refrigerate for at least an hour and let it ripen

Sauce: lemon juice 3T, hot sauce 2T, whole grain 2T, honey 4T

Add a little bit of oil and fry the garlic (optional)

Cook chicken skin on medium heat for 4-5 minutes

When the skin is brown, turn it upside down and bake for another minute

Pour the sauce over and simmer

Add the grilled garlic and boil it down

When the viscosity of the sauce comes out, turn off the heat and use the plate
