Make a dough by adding 2/3 cups of pancake powder, 1/3 cups of frying powder, 1 cup of water, and 1 spoon of tuna liquid. (1:1 ratio of flour and water)

Cut the cleanly washed chives and mix them well in the batter water

Pour plenty of cooking oil and spread the dough.

I put dark soy sauce and cooking wine in a 3:1 ratio and cut Cheongyang red pepper
