Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
Please prepare the ingredients first.
You need a total of 1 green onion and onion.
I think it would be good to put in potatoes instead of radish.
STEP 2/13
Soak pork ribs in cold water for about an hour to drain the blood.
STEP 3/13
In the meantime, please trim the vegetables.
Chop the green onion into small pieces because it will go into the seasoning ingredients about 10cm, 1/2 of the rest will be cut sideways, and the rest will be used as water ingredients for boiling meat, so cut it into big pieces.
Cut radishes and carrots into bite-size pieces and turn all sides to make them round.
The reason for doing this is that the angled part can get dry by cutting it into the soup.
Chop 1/2 onions 1cm apart, and leave the other half alone.
Remove the top of the shiitake mushrooms and chop them at intervals of 1cm.
Slice the dried peppers diagonally.
Just prepare the whole garlic.
Chop the chives for garnish.
STEP 4/13
Please make the sauce in a bowl.
Add 9 tbsp soy sauce, 4 tbsp cooking wine, 3 tbsp sugar, 3 tbsp starch syrup, 2 tbsp chopped green onions, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1/4 tbsp ginger powder, and a little pepper and mix well.
STEP 5/13
Wash the pork ribs well with water.
STEP 6/13
In a large pot, boil water with 7 cups of water, 1/2 large green onion, 4 bay leaves, 10 whole peppers, 1/2 large onions, and 5 whole garlic.
STEP 7/13
When the water boils, add the pork ribs and boil for about 10 minutes.
STEP 8/13
Remove pork ribs and wash them in cold water.
STEP 9/13
In a large skillet, boil pork ribs, 3 cups of sauce and water over high heat for about 20 minutes.
STEP 10/13
Add radishes, carrots and dried peppers, cover and simmer over medium-low heat for another 20 minutes.
STEP 11/13
Poke radish with iron chopsticks to see if it's cooked, then add chopped onions, shiitake mushrooms, and slanted green onions and simmer for about 5 minutes until the soup is self-cooked.
STEP 12/13
Put steamed pork ribs on a plate and put sesame seeds and chopped chives on top, and the steamed pork ribs are complete with a delicious seasoning sauce.
STEP 13/13
