The reason why I stir-fried pork belly and cabbage separately
- The sauce is easy to burn.
- It is difficult to match the cooking of pork belly shovel with the cooking of cabbage,
- It is easy to stir-fry cabbage after it is out of breath because it is bulky before it is cooked.
*If you like spicy taste, you can make it with Sriracha sauce or red pepper paste in the sauce.
