  • leek
    1handful
  • Soy sauce
    2.5T
  • cooking wine
    1T
  • Sugar
    1~2T
  • crushed garlic

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Wash oyster mushrooms clean and tear them to make them easier to eat. Chop the green onions.
STEP 2/5
Grease the pan and stir-fry the green onions and 1t of minced garlic to make parmalade oil.
STEP 3/5
When the perm is golden brown, add mushrooms and stir-fry.
STEP 4/5
When the mushrooms are cooked to a certain extent, add 2T of soy sauce, 1T of sugar, and 1T of cooking wine and mix them.
STEP 5/5
Cook the mushrooms until they are done.
