STEP 1/6
If you mix the above cold soup ingredients and freeze them a day before and use them, you can eat them like cold cold noodles. If you add ice, it becomes bland, so I use it like this.

I used half of the cucumber and melon, and I used 1/4 of the onions because they were big. The amount or type of fruit and vegetables is not important, and the proportion of the soup is important. The red pepper was big, so I cut it in half. Slice 3 cherry tomatoes, too.
STEP 3/6
I peeled the Korean melon and added the unpeeled ones. It tastes better if you slice it thinly without peeling it.
STEP 4/6
Add all the cold soup ingredients above and mix. If you don't like the sweetness, don't scoop too much sugar and use it
I put in 3 tablespoons because it's twice as much apple vinegar
STEP 5/6
You can put all the ingredients in and eat them right away. If you used cool water, you can drink it right away, or you can drink it after sealing it and refrigerating it.
You can make it in 5 to 10 minutes.
STEP 6/6
It's so cool, refreshing, and delicious if you boil noodles and mix them with frozen soup.
It's delicious if you add a little bit of sesame.
It's very delicious if you eat it cool after adjusting the proportion of cold soup. You can shred apples and put them in, and if you add cucumbers, it becomes cucumber cold soup, and if you add seaweed, it becomes seaweed cold soup.
