Add a moderate amount of medium anchovies and bean sprout water and bring to a boil

I defrost the chicken broth

Add 2 ladles of chicken broth bean sprout soup 3 ladles 1/2T (or sugar) thick soy sauce 2T and boil while melting the sugar

Add the udon noodles put at room temperature and boil over high heat

Noodles will be loosened I'm going to season the soup It's good. You can eat it as it is

I put 1 serving of vegetable garnish that came with noodles and boiled it
STEP 7/7
I cut green onions and put it on top
The broth is 1.5 servings
