Steamed mackerel kimchi recipe without failure
Mackerel is a popular menu for fish dishes on Korean table. Mackerel dishes are a little hard to eat at home, but if you think about your family's health, you have to cook blue-backed fish. It's savory even if it's grilled with salted mackerel, but I think steamed mackerel kimchi is the perfect food for the main menu if it's cooked using ripe kimchi. I think the reason why you fail to make kimchi stew with mackerel is the smell of mackerel. I'll tell you how to cook mackerel without the fishy smell.

Cooking Steps

Chop the green onions and if you want to add a spicy taste to Cheongyang peppers, you can cut them in half like me. Please cut radish into bite-size pieces and prepare them. Vegetables are made with radish and delicious mackerel radish.

Please make the sauce in advance. Make the sauce in advance with soy sauce, rice wine, ground garlic, plum extract, and pepper. I don't think you need to season it hard because there's kimchi soup.

Place sliced radishes in a pot and place mackerel on top. Sprinkle the sauce on top and put the whole kimchi on top. It's better to cook ripe kimchi on top of it's better.

Add kimchi soup, green onion and cheongyang red pepper, and add water until the mackerel is submerged. This is how you prepare it, but braised mackerel is simple. You can cook it without any smell because it has rice wine.
STEP 5/5
Please defrost the braised frozen mackerel and make it braised mackerel. Put the ingredients in and close the lid to make braised mackerel. You can boil it down until the soup decreases. I think it'll be good to make it a little more soup depending on your preference. If you open the lid and cook it, the kimchi is not cooked well, but even if you close the lid, it doesn't smell fishy.
It's good to use the same recipe when making braised mackerel. Instead of kimchi, add red pepper powder and season it with soy sauce instead of kimchi soup
