Chop the green onions and if you want to add a spicy taste to Cheongyang peppers, you can cut them in half like me. Please cut radish into bite-size pieces and prepare them. Vegetables are made with radish and delicious mackerel radish.

Please make the sauce in advance. Make the sauce in advance with soy sauce, rice wine, ground garlic, plum extract, and pepper. I don't think you need to season it hard because there's kimchi soup.

Please defrost the braised frozen mackerel and make it braised mackerel. Put the ingredients in and close the lid to make braised mackerel. You can boil it down until the soup decreases. I think it'll be good to make it a little more soup depending on your preference. If you open the lid and cook it, the kimchi is not cooked well, but even if you close the lid, it doesn't smell fishy.
It's good to use the same recipe when making braised mackerel. Instead of kimchi, add red pepper powder and season it with soy sauce instead of kimchi soup
