Chop up the chili pepper

Add 1/2 cup vinegar to 2L water
I don't have a paper cup at home, so I put vinegar in a regular water cup!! It's 1/2 cup based on paper cups!!

Add 1T of chopped Cheongyang chili pepper

Chop up 1/2 carrot

Add chopped carrots and 3T salt and bring to a boil
Carrots have a hard texture, so I cooked them together

Refrigerate the boiled broth and cool it down
Sprinkle some sesame seeds in the broth
Taste the broth of Chogye noodles and add more vinegar, sugar, and salt to your liking
Chogye guksu broth needs to be sweet and sour
Please refrigerate the broth again

When blanching noodles, you have to keep stirring with wooden chopsticks
Otherwise, noodles will stick together^^
STEP 8/11
After taking a cold shower, shake off the water
Add a bit of perilla oil to the noodles and mix it

Add some cooking oil and bake chicken breast

Tear the roasted chicken breast

Put the noodles in, pour the broth, and put the chicken breast on top. That's it. :)

I think it tastes better when you grill chicken breast when you make Chogye noodles!Hah!
