Cooking Steps
STEP 1/19
Please prepare the ingredients first.
Shrimps are already prepared,
Instead of minced ginger, you can use a little bit of ginger instead of ssamjang.
Chili sauce is easily available at the mart, and the chili sauce used in the cooking is sweet chili sauce.
STEP 2/19
If the shrimp is not trimmed, trim it and defrost it at room temperature in advance if it is frozen.
STEP 3/19
If you want to peel the shrimp and leave the tail behind, pop the pointed triangular water gun in the middle of the tail to drain it.
If you don't take out the water, it splatters when it's fried.
STEP 4/19
In a bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1/4 tablespoon of salt, a little pepper and shrimp, and marinate for about 10 minutes.
STEP 5/19
While the shrimp is sleeping well, chop the carrots, green peppers, red peppers, green onions, onions, and ginger to make the grains alive. Chop the chives into small pieces.
STEP 6/19
In a bowl, separate only the egg whites, add sesame seeds, and mix with shrimp.
STEP 7/19
In a new bowl, add 3/4 cups of starch powder, 1/3 cups of frying powder, and 1/2 cups of water to make a dough, then add shrimp and coat with frying cloth.
STEP 8/19
Pour enough cooking oil into a pan and raise the oil temperature to 170 degrees over high heat.
STEP 9/19
Reduce heat to medium and fry shrimp little by little so that they do not stick to each other and turn back and forth so that they do not burn for about a minute.
STEP 10/19
Remove from heat and drain shrimp in strainer.
STEP 11/19
If the shrimp is cold, raise the oil temperature again and fry the shrimp for another 30 seconds.
STEP 12/19
Strain the shrimp in a strainer.
STEP 13/19
Please make chili sauce in a bowl.
Add 5 tablespoons of ketchup, 5 tablespoons of water, 1 tablespoons of bean paste, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of oligosaccharide, 1 tablespoon of chili sauce and 1/2 tablespoon of vinegar and mix well.
STEP 14/19
Put 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry 2 tablespoons of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of minced green onions, and 1/4 tablespoons of minced ginger (ginseng powder) over high heat.
STEP 15/19
When the garlic scent comes up, add 3 tablespoons of chopped onions, chopped carrots, chopped red peppers, and green peppers and stir-fry for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
STEP 16/19
Reduce the heat to medium low and stir-fry the chili sauce.
STEP 17/19
When the chili sauce starts to boil, add the shrimp and boil down while mixing.
STEP 18/19
Put it on a plate and add chopped chives with garnish to complete chili shrimp that tastes good and is healthy.
