STEP 1/7
Take out the vegetables in the refrigerator and prepare them!
STEP 2/7
If you add vegetables with crunchy texture (such as lettuce, romaine, etc.), it's better because it blends with soft tofu texture.
STEP 3/7
It is ground and used to enhance the savory taste of sesame dressing.
It's best if you grind about two thirds of it finely.
If you don't have a mortar, you can crush it well even if you rub it on your palm.
STEP 4/7
Make sesame dressing with a refreshing taste of olive oil base.
Adjust soy sauce, honey, and sour taste to your taste!
If you don't have balsamic vinegar, it doesn't matter if you just add lemon juice.
STEP 5/7
I blanched the tofu like shabu shabu in boiling water.
If you boil it for more than 30 seconds, it might spread, so I put it in Blanch it as if you're taking it out.
STEP 6/7
Add a spoonful of sesame dressing to the watery tofu and mix first.
I'm going to put in the sauce before I eat the vegetables, but the tofu noodles are better with a little bit of seasoning.
STEP 7/7
Put the vegetables underneath and put the seasoned tofu on a bowl and it's done!
