Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
You can prepare fish cake regardless of the type.
I like flat fish cake, too.
First, pour boiling water on the fish cake to remove the old oil.

Slice onions, green onions, and Cheongyang peppers as you like, and slice garlic.
STEP 3/7
First, put enough cooking oil in the pan and stir-fry garlic. Stir-fry until garlic smells.
