STEP 1/15
Please prepare the ingredients first.
Beef is 100g per serving for bulgogi, and young leaf vegetables are small packs sold at the mart, and one pack is about three servings.
If you like spicy taste when you mix it, if you like soy sauce flavor, you can make spicy soy sauce according to your personal preference.
If you reduce it to two servings, you can reduce the amount of meat and vegetables a little by little and use the rest of the ingredients as they are.

Please cut the beef into bite-size pieces.

Place beef on a kitchen towel and press down to remove the blood.

Put 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and a little pepper in a bowl and mix well.

Mix the beef with the seasoning ingredients and marinate for about 20 minutes.

Trim the vegetables while the beef is sleeping well.
Cut the pumpkin and carrot (peel with a filler) into about 4cm long and slice them thinly, slice the onion and shiitake mushrooms (take off the tap), and wash the young leaf vegetables in water and remove the water.

Pour 1 tablespoon of cooking oil into a pan, add onions first, sprinkle a little bit of salt, and stir-fry over medium heat for about 1 to 2 minutes to prevent the onion from burning.
STEP 8/15
Remove onion and stir-fry zucchini, carrot, and shiitake mushrooms in order. When frying, add cooking oil little by little if the pan is dry due to lack of oil.

In the pan where the vegetables were being roasted, make the eggs soft-boiled.

Add seasoned beef to the pan where you were making soft-boiled eggs and stir-fry until the red color disappears.

Please choose the sauce to mix and make it.
I made both red pepper paste and soy sauce, but you can choose.
The ingredients below are for one person.

Put rice in a large bowl and put various vegetables on it,
Place bulgogi and young leaf vegetables in the middle and gently top with soft-boiled eggs.
STEP 13/15
Sprinkle with sesame oil and sesame if desired.

If you mix it with Bibim Gochujang or Bibim Soy Sauce, you can choose spicy and soy sauce flavors according to your personal preference and enjoy Bulgogi Gochujang (Soy sauce) Bibimbap.
