  • Sugar
    2T
  • Soy sauce
    3T
  • ground pepper
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
I put 2.5T of red pepper paste, 2T of sugar, 3T of soy sauce, and 1/2T of ground garlic in anchovy broth or bottled water.
STEP 2/5
When the seasoning starts to boil, add the potatoes and fish cakes.
STEP 3/5
When it boils again, add onions and cheongyang peppers.
STEP 4/5
At first, it's watery like soup, but at some point, turn off the heat when the potato's whole quarter feels thick.
STEP 5/5
Dab green onions and pepper on a plate.
If the potato is cooked too well, it will crumble, so turn off the heat when the chopsticks go in. It tastes good even if you put in glass noodles in it. For sweetness, add sugar to your liking
