STEP 1/14
Prepare the green onions. I used it because I had a lot of leaves after trimming it.

Cut the green onions into 5cm long pieces and chop them again according to the length.

Put the sliced green onions in a bowl and add 50g of frying powder.

Mix the frying powder and green onion salad well. The green onion extract will mix well.

Pour enough cooking oil into a frying pan and spread out the batter when the pan is heated. I put it all in a 28cm frying pan and it fit perfectly.

Leave it on medium heat until the top of the pancake hardens If you see the dough hard, break an egg.

Beat in eggs spread out with a spatula.

Turn it upside down when it's cooked

Turn it over, leave it there for about 3-40 seconds, and then turn it over again, and the squid green onion pancake is complete.

Instead of frying powder, use a small amount of frying powder to make it crispy.
