STEP 1/7
I tried grilled seaweed. You can use it as seaweed for gimbap. You just have to cut the rice paper into two pieces. It's hard to make the round shape fit the square
STEP 2/7
You can buy rice paper in squares. There are many times when I use a few rice papers and leave them behind, so use the remaining rice paper as a dried seaweed flakes. I think it'll be more savory and delicious if you cut it thoroughly and make it one with seaweed
STEP 3/7
Wet the rice paper in lukewarm water. That's how you're stuck with seaweed
STEP 4/7
Put it on the seaweed and make it stick. When you make dried laver, you make sticky rice glue, put it on the laver, and make it several times, and then fry it whenever you eat it. This is really simple. If you want to eat dried laver, don't buy it and make it. It's an easier recipe than I thought.
STEP 5/7
When there is moisture, sprinkle sesame seeds and stick them together. If you sprinkle sesame seeds late like me, they can escape. If you put rice paper on it and fry it when it feels soggy, it won't taste good, so I microwave it for about 40 seconds
STEP 6/7
Cut it into bite-size pieces, please. When you cut it with scissors, the sesame leaves. Press it again when sprinkling sesame seeds and quickly put it on top when it is wet. Rice paper seaweed chips can be cooked in a microwave oven. I cooked it for 40 seconds, and the rice paper is already swollen
STEP 7/7
I fried it in oil. If you fry it crispy, you can make dried seaweed chips. It's not hard to make dried seaweed chips
