STEP 1/7
Cut the top of the cheongyang pepper, cut it into quarters, and slice it.
*If you buy Cheongyang chili peppers, it's too spicy
I used it mixed with regular peppers.
STEP 2/7
Chop the green onions and soak the shiitake mushrooms in water as they are not in the picture.
STEP 3/7
Stir-fry anchovies in a pan covered with perilla oil or cooking oil, then stir-fry them with cheongyang peppers.
*We put in the anchovies, but you can put the anchovies without poop.
STEP 4/7
When it's fried enough, add shrimp powder and ground garlic and stir-fry.
*Shrimp powder was ground with dried shrimp for broth using a grinder.
If you don't have a grinder, it doesn't matter if you just add dried shrimp.
STEP 5/7
Boil water and kelp powder.
*If there is no kelp powder, you can put kelp in place of bottled water.
STEP 6/7
When it's boiled a lot, season it with soaked shiitake mushrooms, plum extract, soy sauce, and anchovy sauce and boil it more.
STEP 7/7
If it's boiled, add a lot of green onions and sesame seeds to complete.
Cheongyang red pepper is too hot, so you can mix it with green red pepper and put the national anchovies without poop instead of jiri anchovies. There is kelp powder, so I put it in, but if you don't have it, you can add water for kelp.
