Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Microwave frozen brown rice for 3 to 5 minutes.
STEP 2/8
Cut the mushrooms lengthwise and thin.
STEP 3/8
Put olive oil in a frying pan and stir-fry mushrooms.
STEP 4/8
Add shredded carrots, salt and pepper and stir-fry together.
STEP 5/8
Spread 2 sheets of seasoned laver and spread the defrosted rice evenly. Put 3 perilla leaves on it.
