Pu Pad Pong Curry
I can't travel these days because of Corona, I want to travel and eat foreign food, so I made one of the best Thai foods, Pu Pad Pong Curry.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Onions, peppers, and green onions.
Cut the peppers diagonally.
Cut the onions into small pieces.
Cut the green onions or chives into 4cm pieces, but cut the bottom into small pieces and add them together when you add garlic.
Please cut the top part too and leave a little bit. (for garnish)
STEP 2/12
First, trim the crab and dry it. It's going to be fried like frying oil, so if there's water, it's dangerous because the oil splashes.
I brought the leftover red crab from the snow crab restaurant and used it.
STEP 3/12
I put enough oil and stir-fry it until the crab smells like burning.
This is red crab!@@LOL
STEP 4/12
Boiled crab or red crab is faster when used next time.
If it's cooked, put it in a bowl!!
STEP 5/12
Without wiping the pan, add enough oil and stir-fry the ground garlic first.
It's okay to put the bottom of the green onion first so that it looks like green onion oil.
STEP 6/12
When garlic splashes, add curry and stir-fry well. It's not even a minute!
STEP 7/12
Stir-fry the vegetables.
Onions first, if the onions become transparent, put in other things too!!!
Maybe it's time to add a little more oil.
Add oil.
Add the sauce, too.
STEP 8/12
Vegetables. When the vegetables die, add milk or coconut milk and stir~@@
STEP 9/12
Put in the prepared ingredients and mix them with water.
STEP 10/12
Add two eggs and mix when the eggs are thickened.
STEP 11/12
If you see it boiling, the eggs will go in and the water from the milk will go away, making it thick.
Add a little bit of water to suit your taste and hit your taste!~@@
If you think it's going to be mixed with rice, make it soupy, and make it thick...
STEP 12/12
If you put it in a pretty container, it's time to satisfy your taste and mouth~^^
It's pretty if you spray a little bit of Songsongsun green onion
There are always likes and dislikes in foreign food. But Pu Pad Pong Curry is also good for children and adults. I think it's more important to make it taste like curry than to cook it.
