You can use the sun or the affected part for the beef part.

Soak the beef in cold water for about 20 minutes to drain the blood.

Add 6 to 7 cups of radish and broth and when it starts to boil, lower the heat to medium and simmer for about 10 to 12 minutes.

When the radish is cooked, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic, season and add a little more water if it is bland.

Add the green onions and simmer for another 2 minutes.
