Bun cha is a dish from Hanoi in northern Vietnam Like buckwheat noodles in Korea It's a dish where you dip the noodles in a cold sauce. You can enjoy it with charcoal-grilled pork. :) Put noodles and meat in a sweet and sour soup If you soak it in water, it tastes so good!
