Boil it in boiling water for 2 minutes and put it in cold water

Stir-fry the marinated meat.

Prepare vegetables for the bun cha sauce.
Chop red pepper and cheongyang pepper into small pieces,
Chop carrots, coriander, and chives into small pieces.

Put water, cham sauce, fish sauce in a bowl
Put in as much as you want,

Add the vegetables and lime juice and mix them well
Make bun cha sauce.

If you have dumplings at home, grill them together.

Instead of vermicelli, use konjac noodles to lower calories
