STEP 1/10
Wash cucumbers with thick salt and slice them with a potato knife. You can start with the third or fourth slice.
STEP 2/10
Chop 1/4 onions, soak them in cold salt water for a while, and squeeze them to use.
STEP 3/10
When you slice cucumbers, chop them into pieces that you can't use, add a 1/3 cup of salt, soak them for a while, and then squeeze the water out.
STEP 4/10
Drain the tuna and add cucumbers and onions.
I didn't add salt because the tuna was salty. You have to add salt to the bland tuna.
STEP 5/10
Mix 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds, and pepper powder.
STEP 6/10
Put a little bit of flower salt in boiling water, blanch the chives slightly, and rinse them in cold water. If you don't have chives, you can use cucumber moisture if you slice the tip more thinly
STEP 7/10
Mix 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of perilla oil, and 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds in a bowl full of rice. You can use sliced cucumbers with a little salt, but I think water will come out, so I seasoned the rice well without salt. I think it would have been okay to sprinkle a little bit of salt on the cucumber.
STEP 8/10
I cut the sliced cucumber in half
Add rice balls and roll them tightly.
STEP 9/10
I tied it twice with chives and fixed it tightly.
STEP 10/10
Before putting tuna on top, set cucumber up well. I sprinkled black sesame seeds for decoration.
When you put it on top of rice, put as much as you can
When slicing cucumbers, don't lay down a lot of potato knives, but stand them up and press them down.
