STEP 1/12
Wash the chicken legs clean (remove impurities) and soak them in milk for 20-30 minutes

After washing the chicken that was marinated in milk
(Milk does not need to be removed completely)
Season with minced garlic, pepper, and garlic salt

Add plenty of olive oil and mix it

Place chicken skin in air fryer basket at 190 degrees for 10 minutes

Meanwhile, prepare ingredients for seasoned chives
Cut the chives into 3cm long pieces

Slice 1/4 onions thinly

Add 1 spoon of red pepper powder, 1.5 spoon of soy sauce, 0.5 spoon of vinegar, 0.5 spoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds and mix well

Turn the chicken over and cook it for 10 minutes at the same temperature

For crispy skin, lower the temperature and heat it at 180 degrees for an additional 3 minutes
