Korean melon kimchi
Oriental melon (fruit) water kimchi that my mother makes in summer. I feel like I'm full of vitamins if I eat this. It's a cool Korean salad

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/16
Cut the cabbage and rinse it twice.
STEP 2/16
Pour water to cover and sprinkle with a handful of coarse salt.

Add 1 small spoon of New Su, mix well, marinate, and prepare the ingredients.

Peel a Korean melon. Cut it in half and take out the filling with a spoon,
Cut it into 3mm pieces.

Cut the paprika.

Peel and cut 1/2 pears

Cut 1/2 apple skin and 1/2 onion

Add 1 spoon of garlic to the blender and grind.(pears, apples, onions, garlic)

Cut the remaining half of the pear and apple into 3mm pieces and prepare them.

Cut 1 handful of green onions into 2cm pieces. (Chives are available)

Pick up the pickled cabbage and put it in a container to mix.

Mix with prepared vegetables.
STEP 13/16
Sift the ground vegetables. Pour a little bit of water and drizzle well.

Pour into prepared cabbage and vegetables of 11.
STEP 15/16
Season with a generous amount of seasoning.

It is more savory if you add nuts.
