Drain the tofu with a kitchen towel.

Cut tofu into thick cubes and sprinkle salt and pepper.

When the garlic is half cooked, add tofu and stir-fry together.

When garlic is cooked, add a little sauce and stir-fry.

Add all the sauce and boil down.

When there is a little soup left, add vegetables and cook slightly.

Add sesame oil and sesame seeds to complete braised tofu.
