Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
Drain the tofu with a kitchen towel.
STEP 2/14
Cut tofu into thick cubes and sprinkle salt and pepper.

Cut bell peppers and paprika into shapes.

Put the cut tofu in a plastic bag and coat it with starch evenly.

Grease a pan with olive oil and bake as if frying tofu away from each other.

Make sauce with soy sauce, cooking wine, oligosaccharide, and water.

Grease a pan with olive oil and stir-fry sliced garlic.

When the garlic is half cooked, add tofu and stir-fry together.

When garlic is cooked, add a little sauce and stir-fry.

Add all the sauce and boil down.

When there is a little soup left, add vegetables and cook slightly.

Add sesame oil and sesame seeds to complete braised tofu.
