Preparation, blanching, storage methods/ Making rice with chwina
I really like vegetables, so I often make vegetables and eat them. Among them, I would like to introduce some dishes made with chwinamul. This time, it's Chwinamulbap. (I will introduce three versions of seasoned chwinamul soon!) You can eat it for a long time if you prepare it in advance and store it. Let me introduce you to the yummy and healthy chwinamul.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
I got a bag of chwinamul from an acquaintance, and there were so many.
I'll start by preparing the chwinamul to make a delicious chwinamul.
STEP 2/9
Cut the tough or tough stems
Remove withered or rotten leaves.
STEP 3/9
If you have prepared chwinamul, wash it gently under running water and shake off dirt and foreign substances.
STEP 4/9
I'm going to parboil the chwinamul now.
Add enough water to cover the chwinamul and add 0.5 spoonful of thick salt. And when it boils, add the chwinamul.
I blanched it for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds and took it out.
- I blanched the chwinamul twice because it's a lot.
Once I blanched chwinamul in thick salt and water, and once I blanched it with thick salt, water, and onions. (I put it in for the first time because I heard that adding onions will reduce the salty taste of vegetables later, but I didn't know. You can just blanch it in thick salt and water.)
STEP 5/9
Remove heat from the blanched chwinamul in cold water two or three times and drain it with your hands.
STEP 6/9
You can eat it for a long time if you divide the prepared and blanched chwinamul into enough portions to eat once you cook it and store it in the freezer. I usually wrap it in plastic wrap and store it, but I only have one piece left after making three kinds of seasoned chwinamul. ^^;
I kept it in the refrigerator for the next day.
If you're not going to eat it right away, you can eat it in plastic or plastic

STEP 7/9
Now, we're going to make chwinamul rice!
First, put the chwinamul in a bowl as much.
I'm going to cook a little bit of rice, so I added 0.5 spoon of soybean paste, 0.5 spoon of soy sauce, 0.3 spoon of minced garlic, and 0.5 spoon of sesame oil and mix it well.
Then, I put the washed rice in the rice cooker and put the chwinamul that I just made evenly on top. And as usual, I pressed the cooking button to cook.
STEP 8/9
Ta-da. It's done. I opened the rice cooker, rummaged around, and took a bite, and it was so good.
It's just chwinamul rice with chwinamul in it, but once it's mixed in the sauce and put it in, it's good to eat chwinamul rice just like this.
STEP 9/9
If you need sauce, you can make it and mix it with rice. Eating like this is a healthy meal!
