Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Slice the apple so that it doesn't exceed 1cm.
I made it about 0.6cm.
STEP 2/7
I cut out the middle seed with the lid of the water bottle.
Using a fork, you can easily remove the apple stuck in the lid.
STEP 3/7
Sprinkle enough sugar on the front and back of the apple. If you don't like sugar, you can just do it. If you just want to do it, try one that you didn't sprinkle and eat it first, so you can taste a completely different taste
STEP 4/7
Spread the frying powder evenly and shake it off not too thick.
STEP 5/7
Pour ice water into a cup of frying powder and knead it.
(I don't put ice in it)
STEP 6/7
Dip the apple thoroughly with the batter.
STEP 7/7
I fried it twice not long.. After frying it twice, it became an appetizing color
What I sprayed on top is parsley powder. If you don't add sugar, it's good to sprinkle sugar powder. It is crispy by kneading it with ice water, but you have to eat it quickly because of the moisture in the fruit. The leftovers are crispy and delicious even if you fry them again after freezing them.
