Please prepare the ingredients.
1,000ml of milk, 300ml of whipped cream, 100ml of lemon juice, 1t of salt

Pour about 600ml of water into the heating plate.

Place my cooker on top of the heating plate and add all the ingredients.

Stir well to mix ingredients evenly.

Select Low Temperature River from the menu, set the time to 1:30 and press the Start/Cancel button.

After an hour and a half, it looks like it's in a soft shape.

Place cotton cloth on perforated pottery (oku jar) and pour in the contents.

After covering the cotton cloth, place the ceramic press plate (Oku sold separately) and remove the whey from the refrigerator. The texture changes depending on the time you take out the whey, so adjust the time according to your preference. (The shorter it is, the softer it is)

I removed whey from the refrigerator overnight to use it as a canape. It's thick and nice.
