Hotel scrambled eggs (egg dish)
It's such a soft and delicious egg dish. The taste will change a little, but anyone can do it because there are alternative ingredients. Butter (replaceable for cooking oil), milk (replaceable for fresh cream)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Add half a cup of milk, salt and sugar to 3 eggs, half a teaspoon.
I'm going to sprinkle the chives at the end, so chop them into small pieces. If you have chives, it's greasy and the shape is pretty, and it's much better, so make sure to prepare chives
STEP 2/4
Melt the butter a little in a heated frying pan and pour in the egg water
Make sure to use a nonstick pan.
STEP 3/4
Use a slightly wider spatula to make a path and mix it like scratching the floor. Turn off the heat when it is half-cooked and mushy.
STEP 4/4
Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with pepper powder and chopped green onions.
If you put too much butter, it can be greasy.. Think of it as an alternative to cooking oil and use a frying pan that does not stick to it. Turn off the heat when it looks undercooked. Lastly, I recommend you to chop the chives into small pieces and sprinkle them.
