  • Bean sprouts

  • Cabbage

  • apple

  • red pepper paste

  • thick soy sauce

  • fine red pepper powder

  • apple vinegar

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
You can prepare vegetables for jjolmyeon to suit your taste, but prepare bean sprouts and perilla leaves if possible. Cucumber, too.
