STEP 1/10
Cut 20 shrimp and separate them along the head, skin, and flesh. To remove the bitter taste of the intestines, clean it again after trimming, and use the head and skin to make shrimp oil.

In a preheated dry pan, add 20 large shrimp shells and drain over medium-low heat.
You have to stir-fry it slowly to make it more savory

Add 3 cups (600ml) of olive oil to the rind of the cooked shrimp and simmer for 6 minutes over low heat.

After 6 minutes, turn off the heat and strain the shrimp oil.
Squeeze the oil out of the shrimp head with a spoon

Place shrimp oil in pan and add 20 whole garlics
Cut 3 peperoncinos and cook for 4 minutes

Add 20 pieces of chopped shrimp and cook for another 4 minutes

Remove from heat, slice 10 cherry tomatoes, 15 green olives, and 8 black olives

Lastly, add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and cook it in the remaining heat
If you add minced garlic at the end, it gives you a pungent taste and flavor

Add 1 pinch of salt and pepper, 3 pinch of parsley powder

If you put in baguette, it's over. It's very easy^^
