STEP 1/18
The most important thing about jangjorim butter bibimbap is rice. I prepared delicious Gyeonggi-do Goyang Kawaji rice.
STEP 2/18
Kawaji No. 1 rice, which is very white and pretty, is rinsed 2-3 times in water and washed.
STEP 3/18
For jangjorim butter fried rice, I made rice with washed rice. I love the savory scent even if I eat it by itself, but I'm looking forward to how delicious it will be if I add butter.
STEP 4/18
I'll scoop up a bowl of rice and prepare it, and now I'll officially make jangjorim butter fried rice.
STEP 5/18
Wash garlic under running water, remove the top, and slice it.
STEP 6/18
If you cut garlic, melt a spoonful of butter in a pan heated over medium heat,
STEP 7/18
Add the sliced garlic and stir-fry. Stir-fry garlic over medium to low heat so that it doesn't burn.
STEP 8/18
Beat in eggs beforehand while frying garlic. Put 3 eggs in a bowl and season slightly with salt.
STEP 9/18
When the garlic is golden brown, stir-fry a bowl of rice with Kawaji No. 1 rice.
STEP 10/18
You can add jangjorim to the well-fried rice and mix it well, but if you use canned jangjorim, you can add one container, and you can squeeze the soup, so don't add it, just add the ingredients.
STEP 11/18
Add the jangjorim and stir-fry it well, and then put it on the heat for a while to make scrambled eggs.
STEP 12/18
Melt a spoonful of butter in a medium heat pan,
STEP 13/18
Add the beaten eggs and mix them with chopsticks to make scrambled eggs.
STEP 14/18
If it's overcooked, it doesn't taste good, so when the side starts to cook, reduce the heat to low and make scrambled eggs.
STEP 15/18
Put jangjorim butter bibimbap in a bowl,
STEP 16/18
Put the scrambled eggs on top of it
STEP 17/18
Sprinkle with furikake. It can be salty if you spray furikake, so just sprinkle half a bag, just a little bit.
STEP 18/18
Lastly, if you put a little bit of Jangjorim on top, Jangjorim Butter Bibimbap is complete. Maybe it's because the rice is delicious, but the savory scent is better and softer, so it's really delicious.
You can add or remove furikake according to your preference. Bob Hyebot used a rice friend, and if you add furikake, it can be salty, so you have to adjust it. You can skip garlic, and beef or pork is good for jangjorim, and it doesn't matter if it's a commercial jangjorim can.
