Spread butter on pudding cups.

Put 1T of sugar and water in a pot and boil without stirring until brown.

When it turns brown, turn off the heat and mix with 2T of hot water little by little.

Divide caramel sauce into heat-resistant containers or pudding cups.

Heat milk and vanilla beans in a pot.

Put eggs, egg yolks, and sugar in a bowl and mix well with a whisk.

Add the heated milk and mix well, strain it through a sieve, and divide it into a container with caramel sauce.

Cover the top of the pudding container with cooking foil.

Pour about half of the pudding cup into a pot and boil it, then add the pudding cup and steam it over low heat for 10-15 minutes.
