Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
I made bean sprout shiitake rice with my husband's healthy food.
Kawaji No. 1 rice is done.

Prepare three cups of Kawaji No. 1 rice, bean sprouts, and shiitake mushrooms.

Wash Kawaji No. 1 rice and soak it for 20 minutes.
Drain on a strainer tray.

Chop and prepare shiitake mushrooms.
Wash the bean sprouts clean and drain them.
STEP 5/10
Pour the rice water a little smaller than usual.
Water is coming out of the bean sprouts, so please put it a little smaller.
STEP 6/10
When the rice has dried up, add bean sprouts and close the lid and let it boil again over low heat for 5 minutes.

Add the sliced shiitake mushrooms.
STEP 8/10
If you put the chives on top, the bean sprout shiitake mushroom rice is done.
